Survey and service турбокомпрессора


1. Having removed турбокомпрессор, examine a casing on presence of cracks or other visible damages.
2. Turn the turbine or a compressor wheel, and check up, that the shaft has not been damaged and freely rotated. Also check up, that wheel blades have not been damaged.
3. Waste the drive is a separate block, and it is possible to replace it irrespective of турбокомпрессора. Consult on HUNDRED Renault or other expert if it is necessary.
4. If final or inlet channels are polluted by oil, epiploons of a shaft of the turbine are worn possibly out or damaged. On the entrance party also it will be polluted интеркулер which will be necessary for washing out suitable solvent.
5. Check up, that tubes of giving and oil return have not been polluted or blocked, clear them if necessary.
6. Repair турбокомпрессора is impossible. In case of malfunction it is necessary to establish the new block.

The following information is applicable only to models with engine F8Q. On engines F9Q correction of giving of fuel and pressure of pressurisation are supervised by the electronic module of system of injection.

This device is established on the fuel pump and intended for correction of quantity of fuel injected by the pump depending on pressure of pressurisation турбокомпрессора.
On the block there is an adjustment screw, but it is sealed up at factory. Therefore do not try to carry out any adjustments without use of the diagnostic equipment.
