Methods of check and adjustment of the moment of injection

Check of the moment of injection is necessary only after position of the fuel pump has been broken.
There is an equipment for installation of the moment of injection. Equipment work is based on transformation of impulses of pressure to an atomizer tube in electric signals. If such equipment is accessible, use it according to instructions of the manufacturer.

Installation of the static moment of the injection, described in this Chapter, yields good results. The micrometer with a dial, a probe and a nozzle corresponding to type of the fuel pump, and also adjusting pins for exact check of position коленвала (address to an accompanying illustration) for this purpose is required.

Tool Mot. 1458 it is intended for a cogwheel “МАА” and gear drive a belt “HTD”. If the belt “HTD2” is established, the tool 1358 should be changed, or use tool Mot. 1358-01
