Removal and installation of the gauge of temperature of fuel

On engines F9Q the gauge of temperature of fuel which is connected with the block of management of system of injection of fuel is established. The gauge is necessary for removing with observance of absolute cleanliness.

REMOVAL

1. The gauge is on the top part of the fuel pump. Before its removal, carefully clear the top part. 2. Place a fabric under the pump and on the generator. 3. Remove three bolts of fastening of a cover of the pump. To remove 4th bolt, use tool Bosch 0986 612 605. Uncover. 4. Loosen the two bolts with a figured nest in a head also remove the gauge. Clear electric contacts of the gauge.

INSTALLATION

1. Establish the gauge and reliably tighten bolts. 2. Clear a contact surface with an epiploon of the top part of the pump and a cover. Establish a cover and bolts, then tighten their effort resulted in Specifications.
