Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline and final collector

At installation use a new lining.

MODELS WITHOUT ТУРБОКОМПРЕССОРА

REMOVAL

1. Collectors fasten the same nuts. 2. To facilitate access, turn away bolts of fastening and remove strengthening core where is available, between domes of racks of a forward suspension bracket. Also поддомкратьте a forward part of the car also establish on axial props. Where is available, remove the bottom guard of the engine. 3. Notice a site скоб fastenings of electroconducting or hoses on collectors, and remove them. 4. Loosen the fixing скобу also disconnect an inlet air line from the inlet pipeline. 5. Where it is applied, disconnect hoses from an oil separator established on the inlet pipeline. If it is required, an oil separator it is possible to turn on from an arm. 6. Where it is applied, disconnect hoses сапуна from the inlet pipeline. 7. On the models equipped with system recycling of fulfilled gases, remove the valve and a tube as it is described in the Part From the current Chapter. 8. Separate a reception pipe from a final collector, address to Section the General description and replacement of components of final system. 9. Gradually turn away a nut, fastening inlet and final collectors, and separate collectors from a head of the block of cylinders. Clean a collector lining.

INSTALLATION

1. Make installation in return sequence, paying attention to the following. a) Be convinced that contact surfaces of a head of the block of cylinders and a collector pure, and use a new lining. Tighten all fixing details the effort resulted in Specifications. b) Connect a forward part of final system to a collector, address to Section the General description and replacement of components of final system. Where it is applied, establish the valve recycling the fulfilled gases in a tube as it is described in Systems of decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases of the current Chapter. d) Place all скобы fastenings of electroconducting or hoses how it has been noted before removal.

MODELS WITH ТУРБОКОМПРЕССОРОМ

REMOVAL

1. Collectors though also separate, but fasten the same nuts. 2. To facilitate access, turn away strengthening core between domes of racks of a forward suspension bracket. Disconnect hoses сапуна from the inlet pipeline, having remembered their arrangement to simplify installation. 5. Remove турбокомпрессор as Removal and installation турбокомпрессора is described in Section. 6. On the models equipped with system recycling of fulfilled gases, remove the valve and a tube as it is described in Systems of decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases. 7. Turn away a cable of weight of the engine from an assembly eye on the right end of the inlet pipeline, then turn away an arm from the pipeline. 8. Gradually turn away a nut, fastening inlet and final collectors, and separate collectors from a head of the block of cylinders. Clean a collector lining (address to an accompanying illustration).

INSTALLATION
