Removal, check of a condition and installation of a flywheel/privodnogo of a disk

REMOVAL

1. Remove transmission (Removal and installation of the petrol engine and a manual transmission, Removal and installation of the petrol engine and automatic transmission or Removal and installation of the diesel engine and a transmission of the present Chapter see above in Sections ).
2. On models with a manual transmission remove coupling assemblage (Coupling see the Head).
3. Mark position of a flywheel/privodnogo of a disk in relation to a pin of a cranked shaft. Pay attention to asymmetry of an arrangement of the fixing bolts, excluding ambiguity at installation of a flywheel/privodnogo of a disk.
4. For prevention проворачивания a cranked shaft, screw a long bolt in one of apertures of fastening of transmission on the engine; rest against a bolt a screw-driver, which sting jam in teeths of a wreath of a flywheel/privodnogo of a disk (it is alternatively possible to take advantage of a piece of the metal core in appropriate way bent).
5. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assemblage of a flywheel/privodnogo of a disk from a cranked shaft.

CHECK

1. Estimate degree of deterioration of a gear wreath of assemblage of a flywheel/privodnogo of a disk, make sure of absence having chopped off teeths. Assemblage designs allows to make replacement of a defective gear wreath in an individual order, however it will be more reasonable to charge performance of the given work to experts of car-care centre: before installation the wreath should разогрет to quite certain temperature which casual excess can lead to infringement of training of teeths.
2. Attentively examine assemblage on presence of signs of deformations and threadlike cracks around болтовых apertures, or radially dispersing from the centre. In case of this sort of revealing of defects a flywheel/privodnoj the disk is subject to replacement.
3. Estimate degree of a roughness interfaced to a disk of coupling of a working surface. In case of need the flywheel can be pierced, though replacement is always more preferable.

INSTALLATION

1. Wipe interfaced surfaces of a flywheel/privodnogo of a disk and a pin of a cranked shaft. Place assemblage on a shaft according to the landing labels put in the course of dismantle.
2. Slightly grease with fixing structure a carving of fixing bolts, then screw bolts and tighten them in a diagonal order with demanded effort.
3. Establish into place transmission (Sections Removal and installation of the petrol engine and a manual transmission, Removal and installation of the petrol engine and automatic transmission or Removal and installation of the diesel engine and a transmission of the present Chapter see ).
