REMOVAL

1. Remove gear приводной a belt, a gear pulley коленвала, the oil pump and a flywheel/privodnoj a disk. Pistons/rods should be released from necks коленвала, however completely to take them from the block of cylinders there is no necessity. 2. Turn away the bottom internal cover of a gear belt (where is available), then turn away nuts/bolts of fastening and remove a casing of an epiploon and a epiploon коленвала from outside drive a belt (address to an accompanying illustration). 3. Before to remove коленвал, check up its axial backlash by means of a micrometer (address to an accompanying illustration). Push коленвал completely in one party, and then establish a micrometer on a zero. Put forward коленвал completely in other party and check up an axial backlash. The result can be compared with specified in Specifications and to define, whether new persistent washers are required. 4. If the micrometer is not present, it is possible to use probeы. At first push коленвал towards a disk flywheel/privodnogo, then insert probe between a counterbalance шатунной necks №2 коленвала and a persistent washer of the central radical bearing (engines E7J and К7М), or between a counterbalance шатунной necks №1 коленвала and a persistent washer of the radical bearing №2 (all other engines). 5. On the basis of covers of radical bearings numbers should be put. If it not so, number a cover and картер, using a punch as it has been made for rods and their covers (address to an accompanying illustration). 6. Turn away bolts of fastening of covers of radical bearings and remove covers together with loose leaves (address to an accompanying illustration). Notice that on all engines except E7J and К7М, the cover of the radical bearing №1 fastens bolts with internal шлицами and is planted on hermetic. 7. Accurately lift коленвал from картера (address to an accompanying illustration). 8. Remove persistent washers from each party of the central radical bearing (engines E7J and К7М) or the radical bearing №2 (all other engines), then remove the top half of loose leaves from картера (address to an accompanying illustration). 9. Remove an epiploon коленвала from outside a disk flywheel/privodnogo.
