 CHECK

1. Clear back parts of loose leaves and basic surfaces of bearings in rods and covers. If new loose leaves are established, kerosene remove from them protective greasing. Wipe loose leaves dry dense (without pile) a fabric.
2. Insert loose leaves on the places into rods and covers. Be convinced, adjusting uvulas have entered into cuts in rods.

PETROL ENGINE E7J

 CHECK OF WORKING BACKLASH ШАТУННОГО OF THE BEARING

1. Spread out four sleeves as installation, a working surface downwards. Establish sealing rings in the basis of each sleeve (address to an accompanying illustration).

2. Grease pistons and piston rings, then put each assemblage of the piston/rod with a corresponding sleeve
3. Begin assemblage with the piston №1, preliminary having checked up, that cuts of piston rings have in regular intervals defended from each other (on 120 °). Compress piston rings the special tool.
4. Insert piston/rod assemblage into the sleeve basis. Watch that the arrow on the piston bottom has been turned to a flywheel/privodnomu to a disk. Brusky or the hammer handle hammer in the piston into a sleeve while the piston bottom does not become approximately in 25 mm from the top part of a sleeve.
5. Repeat procedure with remained three assemblages of pistons and sleeves.
6. Turn коленвал so that шатунная the neck №1 has settled down in the bottom dead point.
7. Having established into place a sealing ring of a sleeve, place a sleeve with piston/rod assemblage in the block of cylinders. The arrow on the piston bottom should be turned to a flywheel/privodnomu to a disk.
8. For measurement of a working backlash шатунного the bearing Survey коленвала see the information in Section.

9. Having established assemblage a sleeve/piston, fix a sleeve a bolt with a washer or a clip (address to an accompanying illustration).

10. Repeat described above procedure with remained assemblages.

ALL OTHER ENGINES

 CHECK OF WORKING BACKLASH ШАТУННОГО OF THE BEARING

1. Grease the piston №1 and piston rings and be convinced that cuts of piston rings will defend from each other on 120 ° (address to an accompanying illustration).

2. Establish the compressor on the piston №1, then insert the piston and a rod into the cylinder №1. On petrol engines, the arrow “V” should be directed to a flywheel. On engines F8Q, dredging in the piston bottom should be on the party of the oil filter of the engine.

5. Repeat described above procedure with remained assemblages of pistons/rods.

 DEFINITIVE INSTALLATION

1. Having checked up a working backlash of all шатунных necks, смойте all traces Plastigauge from loose leaves and шатунных necks коленвала.

2a. Plentifully grease шатунные loose leaves.

2b. Plentifully grease шатунные necks коленвала.

2c. Establish covers of bearings.

2d. Навентите nuts.

2e. Tighten nuts/bolts of covers the effort resulted in Specifications. Each time checking, that коленвал it was freely turned.

2f. On engine E7J check up, that all sleeves have been correctly placed rather each other (in backlashes between them should take place freely probe in the thickness of 0.1 mm). If not so, probably it is necessary to change it places of one or several assemblages of pistons/sleeves to achieve this backlash (address to illustrations).

3. In summary, establish the oil pump, the pallet and a head to the block of cylinders.
