1. Remove assemblage of a flywheel/privodnogo of a disk.
2. Having hooked a small screw-driver, take from the nest an old epiploon (try not to damage a surface of a pin of a cranked shaft). Alternatively, drill in a face surface of an epiploon two small apertures, screw in them саморезы and take an epiploon, having grasped nippers acting heads of screws.
3. Visually estimate a condition of a condensed surface of a pin of a cranked shaft. In case of development presence the new epiploon at installation should be planted on a few меньшею depth, out of limits of the area of deterioration.

4. Pure rags wipe condensed surfaces, then dip a new epiploon in pure impellent oil and accurately plant it on a shaft pin (the closed party outside - see an accompanying illustration). Try not to damage an epiploon sponge at its putting on on a shaft pin. |
5. Using in quality оправки a piece of a metal pipe of suitable diameter, or the corresponding form wooden брусок, plant an epiploon perpendicularly in the nest, заподлицо with a cut of the last.
6. Establish into place assemblage of a flywheel/privodnogo of a disk. |
