Replacement of a cooling liquid

Draining of a liquid from cooling system

Completely to merge a liquid from cooling system on engines of 1.4 and 2.0 l, turn away a drain stopper (B) on the engine. It is on a back part of the block of cylinders, behind the generator on engines E 7J and above a casing of an intermediate shaft on engines F3R 750, F3R 751 and F7R (address to illustrations). 5. Washing of system of cooling

REPLACEMENT

Radiator washing

REPLACEMENT

1. Disconnect the top and bottom hoses from a radiator as it is described in the Head of System of cooling, heating. 2. Insert a garden hose into an entrance aperture of the top hose of a radiator. Direct a stream at its finest through a radiator and continue to wash out, while pure water will not appear from an exhaust outlet of the bottom hose of a radiator. 3. Engine washing

REPLACEMENT

Filling of system cooling

REPLACEMENT

Uncover a drain mouth of a broad tank 3. Open unions of prorolling of system of cooling. 4. Place rags round a broad tank. 5. Close prorolling unions when the cooling liquid will appear without air bubbles. 7. Start the engine and allow to it to work on turns of fast idling (do not exceed 2500 rpm) approximately 4 minutes. 8. Establish and tighten a cover of a jellied mouth of a broad tank. 9. Allow to the engine to work approximately 20 minutes. 10. Muffle the engine and check up level of a cooling liquid which "MOVE" sideways a tank should be to a label. Be convinced that the cover of a jellied mouth of a broad tank is well clamped. 11. Wait while the engine will cool down, then anew check up level of a cooling liquid. If it is necessary, finish to norm liquid level. Establish a protective guard картера the engine.

Antifreeze

REPLACEMENT

At all subsequent refuellings it is necessary to use antifreeze of the same type with the concentration specified on a label. 5. Do not use antifreeze in system as it will damage car colouring.
