1. On engine E7J, remove assemblage of the air filter as it is described in the Head of the Power supply system and release, then disconnect a rope of a pedal of gas from the throttle case. If it is necessary, turn away bolts of the holder of a rope of a pedal of gas from клапанной covers.
2. On engine K7M, remove coils of ignition with клапанной covers as the engine Electric equipment is described in the Head, then disconnect wires of a high voltage from candles ignitions, and turn on the holder of a wire of a high voltage from клапанной covers.

5. Remove spark plugs (Section Replacement of spark plugs and check of system of ignition) that the engine was easier turned.
6. Sketch an arrangement of valves on a paper piece, numbering them from outside a flywheel from 1 to 4 for inlet and final according to cylinders (i.e. 1Е, 1I, 2E, 2I and so on). Inlet valves are on the party of the inlet pipeline of a head of the block of cylinders, and final - on the party of a final collector.
7. Turn коленвал clockwise while the final valve of the cylinder №1 will not open completely (that is the valve spring will be completely compressed).

8a. Insert probe a correct thickness (address to Specifications) between a rod of the inlet valve of the cylinder №3 and the end коромысла. If adjustment, ослабьте a counternut on коромысле is necessary, using накидной a wrench. |

8b. Turn the adjustment screw a small bilateral wrench or flat-nose pliers, yet will not reach a correct backlash. |

8c. Keeping the adjustment screw, tighten a counternut (it is recommended to use динамометрический a key to avoid distortion of a carving of the screw) and repeatedly check up adjustment (address to illustrations). Repeat adjustment procedure on the final valve of the cylinder №4. Pay attention that backlashes of valves for inlet and final valves are various. |
9. Turn коленвал clockwise while the final valve №3 will not be completely open. Adjust backlashes inlet №4 and final №2 valves. Continue to regulate backlashes of valves in the following sequence.
10. Remove a head or a wrench from a pulley bolt коленвала.
11. Establish spark plugs as it is described in Section Replacement of spark plugs and check of system of ignition. Establish клапанную a cover, using a new lining where it is necessary, and in regular intervals tighten fastening bolts the effort resulted in Specifications. Connect a ventilation hose картера.
12. On engine K7M, establish low-voltage conducting of the coil of ignition and the holder of a wire of a high voltage, then connect high voltage wires to spark plugs.
13. On engine E7J establish a rope of a pedal of gas and the holder, then - assemblage of the air filter. |
