Removal, survey and installation of the oil pump and cogwheel

REMOVAL

1. Remove a gear belt and a cogwheel коленвала, address to Sections Removal, survey and installation gear drive a belt and Removal, survey and cogwheel installation drive a belt and the tension mechanism. 2. Remove the pallet, address to Section Removal and pallet installation картера. 3. On engine E7J, remove segment шпонку (where it is established) from a groove in коленвале. 4. Turn away an epiploon casing from outside drive a belt from the block of cylinders (address to an accompanying illustration). 5a. For cogwheel deduction insert a screw-driver into one of apertures in it (address to illustrations). 5b. Turn away bolts, fastening a cogwheel to a nave of the oil pump. 6. Take a cogwheel from the oil pump. 7. Pull out распорную an epiploon lining (address to illustrations). 8. Remove a leading asterisk with коленвала, then release both asterisks from a chain (address to an accompanying illustration). The cogwheel is not fixed on коленвале шпонкой, therefore the pulley bolt should be correctly clamped. It is very important, differently there is a probability of that the oil pump will not function. 9a. Turn away two fixing bolts. 9b. Get the oil pump. If there are two adjusting pins, leave them in the block of cylinders (address to illustrations).

SURVEY

1. Turn away fastening bolts. 2. Uncover the pump and a tube маслозаборника (address to illustrations). 3. With the help probeа check up a backlash between each gear wheel and the case of the oil pump. 4. Check up also an axial backlash of both gear wheels (between gear wheels and a surface of a socket of a cover). If any backlash - out of the maximum deviations presented in Specifications, the oil pump has to be replaced (address to illustrations). 5a. Press the trailer terminator of a safety valve and take spring скоб. 5b. Release the terminator and take a spring and the piston (address to illustrations). 6. Examine the piston and walls of the cylinder of a safety valve on presence of signs of deterioration and damages. At detection of the given damages replace the oil pump. 7. If components are suitable to the further operation, clear them and collect as it should be the return to dismantling. Before cover installation fill the pump with impellent oil. 8. Examine a chain on signs of deterioration and replace it if it is necessary. Check up also asterisks.

INSTALLATION

1. Rub off contact surfaces of the oil pump and the block of cylinders. 2. Be convinced that in the block of cylinders there are two adjusting pins, then place the oil pump on them and insert two fixing bolts. Tighten bolts the effort resulted in Specifications. 3. Put on a chain an asterisk of the oil pump. 4. Combine apertures, then insert bolts and tighten their effort resulted in Specifications, keeping an asterisk by means of a screw-driver. 5. An epiploon from outside drive a belt it is necessary to change every time at casing removal. Notice a correct arrangement of an old epiploon, then take its screw-driver and rub off a basic surface. Grease external edge of a new epiploon and arrange it on a casing, the closed party outside. Place a casing on wooden бруске, then a head or a metal pipe hammer in an epiploon into place. 6. Clear combined surfaces of a casing of an epiploon and the block of cylinders of hermetic. Put a strip of hermetic in diameter 0.6 - 1.0 mm on a casing, then establish it on the block of cylinders and reliably tighten bolts. Hermetic should pass round internal sides of apertures under bolts (address to an accompanying illustration). 7. Grease an epiploon, then arrange распорную a lining on the end коленвала. If распорная the lining is worn out in a place of a contact of an epiploon, it can be developed so that the new epiploon concerned not worn out site. 8. On engine E7J, establish segment шпонку (where it is established) in a groove on коленвале. 9. Establish the pallet (being guided by Section Removal and pallet installation картера). 10. Establish a cogwheel коленвала and new gear приводной a belt, address to Sections Removal, survey and cogwheel installation drive a belt and the mechanism of a tension and Removal, survey and installation gear drive a belt.
