Removal, survey and installation of a head of the block of cylinders

At installation use new bolts of fastening of the head, a new lining of a head and new gear приводной a belt.

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect a cable of weight from the battery (address to the Head an engine Electric equipment). 2. Merge a liquid from cooling system as Maintenance service is described in the Head. 3. Remove gear приводной a belt. 4. Remove a casing of the air filter and an inlet air line as it is described in the Head of the Power supply system and release. 5. Remove the inlet pipeline and a final collector as it is described in the Head of the Power supply system and release. 6. Remove ВВ coils of ignition and ВВ wires of spark plugs as the engine Electric equipment is described in the Head. 7. Disconnect conducting from the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid on a head of the block of cylinders, the pressure gauge in the pipeline and the detonation gauge. Release a plait of wires from fixing скоб, marking its direction and an arrangement. 8. Turn away two bolts, fastening an internal top cover of a gear belt to the block of cylinders. The cover is free and can be removed together with a head of the block of cylinders. 9. Loosen the fixing скобы also disconnect hoses of system of cooling from a thermostat casing on the left end of a head of the block of cylinders. 10. Working in sequence, return shown on an illustration, gradually ослабьте bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders on a half-turn for reception while all bolts cannot be turned on manually and removed. Will throw out bolts. 11. Lift a head from the block of cylinders. If adjusting pins are freely inserted, remove them and put together with a head for safety.

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect a cable of weight from the battery (address to the Head an engine Electric equipment). 2. Merge a liquid from cooling system. 3. Remove gear приводной a belt. 4. Remove a casing of the air filter and an inlet air line as it is described in the Head of the Power supply system and release. 5. Remove ВВ ignition coils as the engine Electric equipment is described in the Head. 6. Disconnect sockets of electroconducting from following components: a) the Gauge of position of a cam-shaft. b) Fuel atomizers. The Gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid. d) the pressure Gauge in the pipeline. e) the Valve recycling the fulfilled gases. f) the Potentiometer throttle заслонки. 7. Disconnect vacuum hoses from the case of a throttle and the pressure gauge in the pipeline including a vacuum hose of system of cooling, then turn away bolts, fastening a pipe of a cooling liquid to an engine left-hand side. 8. Disconnect hoses of system of cooling from a casing of the thermostat and from the throttle case. 9. Disconnect a rope of a pedal of gas from draught and an arm. 10. Remove the top arm of the generator. 11. From under the inlet pipeline turn away basic racks and a tube probeа level measurements. 12. Release conducting of a starter from fixture on a head of the block of cylinders. 13. Turn away a basic rack of final system and теплоизоляционный a board топливопровода from the engine. 14. Disconnect a ventilation hose картера from клапанной covers, then turn away bolts and uncover (address to an accompanying illustration). 15. Working in sequence, return shown on an illustration, it is consecutive ослабьте bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders on a half-turn for reception while all bolts cannot be turned on manually and removed. Will throw out bolts. 16. By means of the assistant lift a head upwards from the block of cylinders. If adjusting pins are freely planted, remove them and combine together with a head for safety.

SURVEY

1. Combined surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders should be absolutely pure. By means of a scraper remove all to a lining and deposit trace, and also clear the top parts of pistons. Work especially cautiously with an aluminium head of the block of cylinders as soft metal can be easily damaged. Also watch, that the dirt has not got to oil and water channels it it is especially important for a greasing chain as the deposit can block oil giving to a cam-shaft and bearings коленвала or коромыслам. By means of a sticky tape and a paper isolate water oil channels and apertures under bolts in the block of cylinders. Similarly clear the bottoms of pistons. 2. Check up the block and a head on presence щербинок, deep scratches and other damages. If there are small scratches, they can be removed accurately a file. By means of a ruler put on an edge, check up a curvature of a head of the block of cylinders. 4. Clear all apertures under bolts in the block. See, that in them there was no oil, differently there is a probability of that at a tightening of bolts the block can burst under the influence of hydraulic pressure. 5. Examine a carving of bolts and a carving in the block of cylinders on presence of damages. If it is necessary, a tap of the suitable size update a carving in the block and a screw-cutting die clear a carving on bolts. It is recommended to replace bolts after their each removal.

INSTALLATION

1. Be convinced that combined surfaces of the block of cylinders and a head faultlessly pure. 2. Be convinced that the piston of the cylinder №1 still costs in ВМТ and that the adjusting label (ки) a cam-shaft cogwheel is combined with a label on a cover (address to Section Removal, survey and installation gear drive a belt). 3. Be convinced that adjusting pins are correctly established in the block. Establish a new lining of a head of the block of cylinders, correctly having focused it. 4. Accurately lower a head on the block, putting on it pins. Track, that the internal top cover of a gear belt has correctly settled down on the block of cylinders. 5. Slightly grease new bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders. Wait, while superfluous oil will flow down, and then insert bolts with washers and tighten them manually. Tighten bolts as it is described in corresponding subsection.

INSTALLATION

1. In the shown sequence tighten bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders the effort resulted in Specifications (address to an accompanying illustration). At initial stages the preliminary clip of a lining, and the remained stages - the basic procedure сжимания is carried out. At доворачивании bolts, make a label paint on a head of the block of cylinders to provide a correct corner, or get the special tool for доворачивания. If bolts are clamped precisely as is defined, there is no requirement repeatedly to tighten them after the first start of the engine. 2. Connect hoses of system of cooling to a casing of the thermostat and reliably fix them скобами. 3. Establish bolts, fastening an internal top cover of a gear belt to the block of cylinders and reliably tighten them. 4. Be convinced that electroconducting is correctly laid and connected to the pressure gauge in the pipeline, to the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid and the detonation gauge. 5. Establish ВВ coils of ignition and conducting as the engine Electric equipment is described in the Head. 6. Establish the inlet pipeline and a final collector as it is described in the Head of the Power supply system and release. 7. Establish a casing of the air filter and an inlet air line as it is described in the Head of the Power supply system and release. 8. Establish new gear приводной a belt as Removal, survey and installation gear drive a belt is described in Section. 9. Connect the accumulator and fill cooling system as Maintenance service is described in the Head. 10. In summary check up oil level (the routine maintenance Schedule see).

INSTALLATION

1. In the sequence shown on an illustration tighten bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders the effort resulted in Specifications. At доворачивании bolts make a label paint on heads of bolts and a head of the block of cylinders to provide a correct corner, or get the special tool for доворачивания. After the engine will be heated-up to normal working temperature and then completely will cool down, it is required additional сжимание. For this purpose operate as follows: 2. Establish all disturbed components in the return to removal an order. 3. Track, that all has been connected also cooling system is filled (address to the Head Maintenance service), and then start the engine. Allow to the engine to get warm (the fan) should join, and then muffle it and allow to cool down completely. 4. From under the inlet pipeline ослабьте a bolt of a basic rack and a fixing bolt of the pipeline also turn away a tube bolt probeа level measurements. Loosen the also two bolts, fastening a firm vacuum tube of the amplifier of a brake and the top arm of the generator (address to an accompanying illustration). 5. Remove ВВ coils of ignition and клапанную a cover to get access to bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders. 6. When the engine will cool down completely, execute the remained stages of an inhaling resulted in Specifications, at one time in the sequence shown on an illustration of paragraph 1. 7. Establish клапанную a cover and ВВ ignition coils, then tighten the bolts preliminary weakened.
