At installation use new bolts of fastening of the head, a new lining of a head and new gear приводной a belt. |
ENGINES F3R
|
|
|
1. Disconnect a cable of weight from the battery (address to the Head an engine Electric equipment).
2. Merge a liquid from cooling system as Maintenance service is described in the Head.
3. Remove gear приводной a belt.
4. Remove a casing of the air filter and an inlet air line as it is described in the Head of the Power supply system and release.
5. Remove the inlet pipeline and a final collector as it is described in the Head of the Power supply system and release.
6. Remove ВВ coils of ignition and ВВ wires of spark plugs as the engine Electric equipment is described in the Head.
7. Disconnect conducting from the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid on a head of the block of cylinders, the pressure gauge in the pipeline and the detonation gauge. Release a plait of wires from fixing скоб, marking its direction and an arrangement.
8. Turn away two bolts, fastening an internal top cover of a gear belt to the block of cylinders. The cover is free and can be removed together with a head of the block of cylinders.
9. Loosen the fixing скобы also disconnect hoses of system of cooling from a thermostat casing on the left end of a head of the block of cylinders.

10. Working in sequence, return shown on an illustration, gradually ослабьте bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders on a half-turn for reception while all bolts cannot be turned on manually and removed. Will throw out bolts. |
11. Lift a head from the block of cylinders. If adjusting pins are freely inserted, remove them and put together with a head for safety. |

ENGINES F7R

1. Disconnect a cable of weight from the battery (address to the Head an engine Electric equipment).
2. Merge a liquid from cooling system.
3. Remove gear приводной a belt.
4. Remove a casing of the air filter and an inlet air line as it is described in the Head of the Power supply system and release.
5. Remove ВВ ignition coils as the engine Electric equipment is described in the Head.
6. Disconnect sockets of electroconducting from following components:
a) the Gauge of position of a cam-shaft.
b) Fuel atomizers.
The Gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid.
d) the pressure Gauge in the pipeline.
e) the Valve recycling the fulfilled gases.
f) the Potentiometer throttle заслонки.
7. Disconnect vacuum hoses from the case of a throttle and the pressure gauge in the pipeline including a vacuum hose of system of cooling, then turn away bolts, fastening a pipe of a cooling liquid to an engine left-hand side.
8. Disconnect hoses of system of cooling from a casing of the thermostat and from the throttle case.
9. Disconnect a rope of a pedal of gas from draught and an arm.
10. Remove the top arm of the generator.
11. From under the inlet pipeline turn away basic racks and a tube probeа level measurements.
12. Release conducting of a starter from fixture on a head of the block of cylinders.
13. Turn away a basic rack of final system and теплоизоляционный a board топливопровода from the engine.
