Removal, survey and cam-shaft installation (ов) and pushers

At installation use new epiploons of the cam-shaft, a new lining клапанной covers and new gear приводной a belt. Hermetic for covers of bearings of a cam-shaft and structure for blocking of a carving of bolts of fastening of a cover of the bearing also is required.

REMOVAL

1. On engines F3R, let out from fastenings a plastic cover of a plait of wires which is located between the inlet pipeline and a head of the block of cylinders. On engines F7R remove a plastic cover from the right support of the engine. 2. On engines F7R, remove ВВ ignition coils as the engine Electric equipment is described in the Head. 3. Where it is applied, disconnect a ventilation hose картера from клапанной covers. 4. Turn away nuts/bolts клапанной covers and uncover. 5. Remove gear приводной a belt as Removal, survey and installation gear drive a belt is described in Section. 6. Disconnect conducting from the gauge of position of a cam-shaft, then turn away screws of fastening and remove a casing of the gauge from a head of the block of cylinders. Remove from a cam-shaft a gear ring of the gauge and изоляционную a plate. 7. Remove a cam-shaft cogwheel, address to Section Removal, survey and installation of a cogwheel gear drive a belt and the tension mechanism. 8. By means of a micrometer measure an axial backlash of a cam-shaft and compare it to the size resulted in Specifications. It you define degree of deterioration of surfaces of axial pressure. 9. On engines F3R, note covers of bearings of a cam-shaft so that each of them could be established on a former place and correctly to focus. 10. Gradually ослабьте bolts of a cover of bearings or a cam-shaft casing, pressure of springs will not decrease yet completely. Remove bolts and a casing/cover of bearings (address to illustrations). 11. Notice position of working surfaces of cams of the cylinder №1 as a reference point for installation, then lift a cam-shaft () with epiploons. 12. Remove pushers together with washers on engines F3R. Write down a thickness of all washers is it can be necessary later if the backlash of any of valves is wrong.

SURVEY

1. Examine working surfaces of bearings of a cam-shaft and cams on presence of the developed places, corrosion or scratches. Replace a cam-shaft if the given damages are found out. 2. Replace epiploons of a cam-shaft after their each removal. Grease sealing edges of new epiploons. 3. Examine working surfaces of bearings of a cam-shaft in a head of the block of cylinders and covers of bearings or a casing. In case of detection of deep scratches or other damages it is necessary to replace a head of the block of cylinders. 4. Examine pushers and washers on presence of scratches, corrosion and the developed places. Replace as required. 5. On engines F7R carefully clear a combined surface of a head of the block of cylinders and a cam-shaft casing.

INSTALLATION

1. Grease pushers and establish them in a head on the same places, whence they have been removed. Establish on each pusher a washer of the necessary thickness. 2. Grease cam-shaft bearings. Place a cam-shaft with epiploons on a head of the block of cylinders. Epiploons should be placed level with landing surfaces of a head of the block of cylinders. Working surfaces of cams should be focused as is noted before removal. If working surfaces of cams are not focused correctly, valves can concern pistons. 3. On engines F3R be convinced that adjusting pins are on a place, and establish covers of bearings of a cam-shaft on a former place, putting hermetic on an end face which adjoin to a head of the block of cylinders. On engines F7R establish fixing elements of a cam-shaft with a new lining or with hermetic. 4. Put some drops taking компаунда on a carving of bolts of a casing/cover of the bearing. Establish bolts and tighten their effort in regular intervals resulted in Specifications. 5. If the new cam-shaft is established, measure an axial backlash and be convinced that it corresponds to the data resulted in Specifications. 6. Establish a cam-shaft cogwheel, address to Section Removal, survey and installation of a cogwheel gear drive a belt and the tension mechanism. 7. Establish new gear приводной a belt, address to Section Removal, survey and installation gear drive a belt. 8. Check up and adjust backlashes of valves (engines F3R) as it is described in Section Check and adjustment of backlashes of valves (engines F3R). 9. Establish клапанную a cover (with a new lining if it is necessary). Connect a ventilation hose картера to a cover and establish all components which have been removed or disconnected. 10. Establish изоляционную a plate and a gauge cogwheel, then establish a casing of the gauge of a cam-shaft and reliably tighten fastening bolts. Connect electroconducting of the gauge of position of a cam-shaft. 11. On engines F7R, establish ВВ ignition coils as the engine Electric equipment is described in the Head. 12. Connect the accumulator.
