1. Remove a cogwheel of an intermediate shaft as Removal, survey and installation of a cogwheel gear drive a belt and the tension mechanism is described in Section.
2. Sketch depth of installation of an epiploon, then drill in it two small apertures opposite each other. Screw in them self-cutting screws and flat-nose pliers take an epiploon.
On some models probably it is necessary to remove an internal bottom cover of a gear belt. In this case remove a cogwheel коленвала and intermediate pulleys (address to Section Removal, survey and installation of a cogwheel gear drive a belt and the tension mechanism), then turn away a cover.
3. Clear a casing of an epiploon and remove наждачной a skin of the tease and roughness which can cause epiploon damage.
4. Grease sealing edges of a new epiploon and arrange it on the shaft end. Hammer in an epiploon into a casing on the depth noted earlier. If the shaft surface has been strongly developed, hammer in a new epiploon into a casing hardly more deeply that the sealing edge rubbed about not worn out site of a shaft.
5. Where it is necessary, establish an internal bottom cover of a gear belt, then establish a cogwheel коленвала and intermediate pulleys as Removal, survey and installation of a cogwheel gear drive a belt and the tension mechanism is described in Section.
6. Establish a cogwheel of an intermediate shaft as Removal, survey and installation of a cogwheel gear drive a belt and the mechanism of a tension is described in Section and establish new gear приводной a belt as Removal, survey and installation gear drive a belt is described in Section. |
