Replacement of epiploons of a cam-shaft

EPIPLOON FROM OUTSIDE ПРИВОДНОГО THE BELT

At installation use a new gear belt.

 REPLACEMENT

1. Remove a cam-shaft cogwheel as Removal, survey and installation of a cogwheel gear drive a belt and the tension mechanism is described in Section.
2. Sketch depth of installation of an epiploon, then drill in it two small apertures opposite each other. Screw in them self-cutting screws and flat-nose pliers take an epiploon.

On some models probably it is necessary to remove an internal top cover of a gear belt. In this case remove the mechanism of a tension and intermediate pulleys (address to Section Removal, survey and installation of a cogwheel gear drive a belt and the tension mechanism), then turn away a cover.

3. Clear a casing of an epiploon and remove наждачной a skin of the tease and roughness which can cause epiploon damage.
4. Grease sealing edges of a new epiploon and arrange it on the shaft end. Hammer in an epiploon into a casing on the depth noted earlier. If the shaft surface has been strongly developed, hammer in a new epiploon into a casing hardly more deeply that the sealing edge rubbed about not worn out site of a shaft.
5. Where it is necessary, establish an internal top cover of a gear belt, then establish the mechanism of a tension and intermediate pulleys as Removal, survey and installation of a cogwheel gear drive a belt and the tension mechanism is described in Section.
6. Establish a cam-shaft cogwheel as Removal, survey and installation of a cogwheel gear drive a belt and the mechanism of a tension is described in Section and establish new gear приводной a belt as Removal, survey and installation gear drive a belt is described in Section.

EPIPLOON FROM OUTSIDE THE DISK FLYWHEEL/PRIVODNOGO - ENGINES F3R

 REPLACEMENT

1. Disconnect conducting from the gauge of position of a cam-shaft, then turn away screws of fastening and remove a casing of the gauge from a head of the block of cylinders. Remove a gear ring of the gauge from the cam-shaft end.
2. Remove изоляционную a plate to get access to an epiploon.
3. Sketch depth of installation of an epiploon, then drill in it two small apertures opposite each other. Screw in them self-cutting screws and flat-nose pliers take an epiploon.
