1. Disconnect a cable of weight from the battery (address to the Head an engine Electric equipment).

8. Turn away fastening and remove the top cover gear drive a belt.
9. Temporarily remove an adjusting pin коленвала and turn away a pulley bolt коленвала. To keep коленвал motionless, remove strengthening arm-cover of a flywheel/privodnogo of a disk and block from rotation a gear wreath, using the shown way (address to illustrations). On models with a manual box of a gear change if the engine is in the car, коленвал it is possible to block, having included the higher transfer and having pressed a brake pedal. Do not try to use an adjusting pin коленвала for this purpose (address to Section the Arrangement of the top dead point (ВМТ) for the piston №1). Remove a pulley коленвала, then establish a pulley bolt on the end коленвала. Insert an adjusting pin into an aperture.
10. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove the bottom external cover gear drive a belt.
11. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove a basic rack from an arm of a forward support of the engine on the block of cylinders. Turn away bolts and remove a support arm. |

1. Loosen the a nut and a fastening bolt, turn the mechanism of a tension gear drive a belt clockwise to reduce a belt tension, and again tighten a nut.
2. Remove a belt from a cogwheel of a cam-shaft, an intermediate shaft and a cogwheel коленвала.
3. Clear cogwheels and mechanisms of a tension and wipe them dry. Do not use excessively quantity of solvent at clearing of pulleys of the mechanism of a tension, bearing greasing differently can be polluted. Also clear end faces of a head of the block of cylinders and the block. |

The note

2. Establish the bottom external cover gear drive a belt and reliably tighten fastening bolts.
3. Establish a pulley коленвала and tighten a fastening bolt the effort resulted in Specifications. Where it is necessary, establish amplifying arm/cover of a flywheel/privodnogo of a disk and tighten fastening bolts the effort resulted in Specifications.
4. Establish the top external cover gear drive a belt and reliably tighten fastening bolts.
5. Attach assemblage of the terminator of movement / a rubber support of the engine to a body, but at this stage do not clamp completely bolts. Establish the top arm of a support and tighten a fixing nut and bolts the effort resulted in Specifications. Be convinced that assemblage of the terminator of movement / a rubber pillow is placed is central concerning the top arm, then tighten fastening bolts the effort resulted in Specifications. Remove a basic beam (where is available).
6. Establish auxiliary приводной a belt as Maintenance service is described in the Head.
7. Put into place the bottom guard of the engine and loose leaves of an arch of a wheel and establish a wheel.
8. Lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel bolts the effort resulted in Specifications. Connect the accumulator. |
