Removal and installation of components of system of the central injection

FUEL INJECTOR

If malfunction of an injector before it to throw out is suspected, it is necessary to try one of special means of clearing.

REMOVAL

1. Remove the gauge of temperature of entrance air as it is described later in this Section. 2. Notice an arrangement, then lift an injector and clean sealing rings (address to an accompanying illustration).

INSTALLATION

1. Make installation upside-down. Watch that sealing rings of an injector and a cover were in a good condition. At installation of a cover of an injector be convinced that conclusions to an injector are correctly connected to plugs in a cover, plugs are noted “+” and “-”.

REGULATOR OF PRESSURE OF FUEL

REPLACEMENT

1. The regulator of pressure of fuel is a part of the top half of case of a throttle. In case of its malfunction it is necessary to replace all case of a throttle.

THE GAUGE OF TEMPERATURE OF ENTRANCE AIR

REMOVAL

1. Remove assemblage of the air filter as Removal and installation - assemblage of the air filter and inlet air lines is described in Section. 2. Disconnect a multicontact socket of the gauge. 3. Turn away the screw of fastening and release a gauge cover (address to an accompanying illustration). 4. Release connecting ledges and get the gauge together with a cover, conducting and a socket.

INSTALLATION

1. Make installation upside-down.

THE STEP-BY-STEP MOTOR OF MANAGEMENT OF IDLING

REMOVAL

1. Remove assemblage of the air filter as Removal and installation - assemblage of the air filter and inlet air lines is described in Section. 2. Turn away screws of fastening of the case of a throttle. Accurately lift the throttle case to improve access to the motor. 3. Disconnect a multicontact socket. 4. Turn away three fixing screws and get the motor.

INSTALLATION

1. Make installation upside-down. Then execute initial adjustment as follows. 2. Place between sector throttle заслонки and плунжером the motor a lining or probe in the thickness approximately 5 mm. Include ignition for some seconds, then switch off it. Remove a lining or probeы, then again switch on and off ignition. 3. REPLACEMENT

THE GAUGE OF TEMPERATURE OF THE COOLING LIQUID

REPLACEMENT

THE ELECTRONIC MODULE OF MANAGEMENT (ECU)

REMOVAL

1. The electronic module of management is in a forward right corner of an impellent compartment. 2. Before to remove the module, disconnect a cable of weight from the battery. If the autoradio tape recorder in your car is coded before to disconnect the battery, be convinced that you know a code. 3. Turn away an arm from the top part of the electronic module of management and let out a belt. Alternatively, the arm can be left on the module, yet do not remove assemblage. 4. Turn away fixing screws and remove the electronic module of management and an arm (address to an accompanying illustration). 5. Disconnect a socket of electroconducting from the management module.

INSTALLATION

1. Make installation upside-down.

THE PRESSURE GAUGE IN THE PIPELINE

REMOVAL

1. The gauge is established on a left-hand side of a partition of an impellent compartment. 2. Disconnect conducting from the gauge. 3. Turn away fixing nuts and remove the gauge.

INSTALLATION

1. Make installation in return sequence.

THE RELAY OF SYSTEM OF INJECTION OF FUEL AND PUMP RELAY TOPLIVOPODKACHIVAJUSHCHEGO

REMOVAL

1. These relays are established on the block of safety locks/relays in an impellent compartment (relay "J" and “L”). 2. Uncover the block. 3. Remove the necessary relay.

INSTALLATION

1. Installation is spent upside-down.

THE GAUGE OF SPEED/POSITION КОЛЕНВАЛА

REMOVAL

1. The gauge is established on top картера transmissions. 2. 1. Make installation upside-down. Reliably tighten bolts of fastening of the gauge - pay attention that it is necessary to use only special bolts; these bolts precisely establish the gauge, providing a correct air backlash between a tip and a flywheel/privodnym a disk.

THE INERTIAL SWITCH OF THE STOPPING DELIVERY OF FUEL

REMOVAL

1. The inertial switch is on a left-hand side of an impellent compartment. 2. Turn on and remove screws of fastening of the switch, then disconnect electroconducting and remove the switch.

INSTALLATION

1. Installation is spent upside-down. In summary, dump the switch, pressing the button.

THE PRESSURE GAUGE IN THE STEERING HYDRAULIC BOOSTER

REMOVAL

1. The pressure gauge is screwed up in the bringing pipe of the steering hydraulic booster going from the pump to the steering mechanism. 2. To remove the switch, disconnect an electroconducting socket. 3. Rub off area round the switch, then turn away the switch and remove it from a pipe. INSTALLATION
