Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline and final collector
THE INLET PIPELINE (ENGINES E7J)
|
|
|
1. Remove the throttle case as Removal and installation of the case of a throttle is described in Section.
2. Merge a liquid from cooling system as Maintenance service is described in the Head, then disconnect hoses of system of cooling from the inlet pipeline.
3. Disconnect a vacuum hose of the amplifier of a brake and a socket of electroconducting from a heater in the bottom part of the inlet pipeline.
4. Gradually turn away a nut, then remove the inlet pipeline from hairpins in a head of the block of cylinders. Remove a lining.

5. If it is necessary, it is possible to remove a heater (2) from the basis of the inlet pipeline, having removed a lock ring (1). Notice a site of consolidation (3) (address to an accompanying illustration). |

|
|
1. Make installation in return sequence. Use a new lining and tighten fixing nuts the effort resulted in Specifications. Fill cooling system as Maintenance service is described in the Head. |

THE INLET PIPELINE (ENGINES K7M)
|
|
|
2. Remove an inlet air line as Removal and installation - assemblage of the air filter and inlet air lines is described in Section. For access improvement, cock a manual brake, then поддомкратьте a forward part and establish on axial props. Where it is applied, remove the bottom guard of the engine.
3. Remove the throttle case as Removal and installation of the case of a throttle is described in Section. Displace submitting and returnable fuel hoses aside and закупорьте them to prevent fuel loss.
4. Where it is applied, disconnect conducting from the valve recycling the fulfilled gases, then turn away bolts and remove the valve. Let out скобу, then turn away a steel branch pipe from the valve recycling the fulfilled gases.
5. Disconnect bolts, fastening an arm of a plait of wires to an underside of the inlet pipeline.
6. Disconnect a vacuum hose of absolute pressure in the pipeline and a vacuum hose of the amplifier of a brake.
7. Disconnect hoses of the electromagnetic valve recycling fuel steams.

1. Make installation in return sequence, use a new lining and tighten fixing nuts and bolts the effort resulted in Specifications. Be convinced that contact surfaces of a head of the block of cylinders and the pipeline the pure. |

THE INLET PIPELINE (ENGINES F3R)
|
|
|
1. Remove assemblage of a fuel highway and atomizers as Removal and installation of components of system of the distributed injection is described in Section.
2. Cock a manual brake, then поддомкратьте a forward part of the car and establish on axial props. Where it is applied, remove the bottom guard of the engine.
3. Disconnect an exhaust system from a collector as Removal and installation of final system is described in Section.

6. From above disconnect a vacuum hose of the amplifier of a brake, a hose of the gauge of pressure in the pipeline, a vacuum hose and a hose сапуна from the pipeline.
7. Loosen the also remove the top fixing nuts of the pipeline, then separate the inlet pipeline from the engine.
8. Remove a final collector and clean a lining, having remembered its arrangement. |

THE INLET PIPELINE (ENGINES F7R)
|
|
|
1. Remove the throttle case as Removal and installation of the case of a throttle is described in Section.
2. Remove assemblage of a fuel highway and atomizers as Removal and installation of components of system of the distributed injection is described in Section.
3. Disconnect a steel pipe under the valve recycling the fulfilled gases and let out from fastenings electroconducting under the pipeline.
4. Release from fastening the tank of hydrosystem of the amplifier of a steering and move it aside.
5. Turn away basic racks below the pipeline and turn away a bolt, крепящий a tube probeа measurements of level of oil to a basic rack.
6. Disconnect vacuum hoses of the amplifier of a brake, the electromagnetic valve recycling the fulfilled gases and the pressure gauge in the pipeline.
7. Remove an arm of the generator from the pipeline.
8. Turn away nine fixing nuts and remove the pipeline from the engine. |

FINAL COLLECTOR
|
|
On models with engine F3R removal of a final collector is a part of procedure of removal of the inlet pipeline, described earlier in this Section. |
|
|
|
1. Cock a manual brake, then поддомкратьте a forward part of the car and establish on axial props. Where it is applied, remove the bottom guard of the engine.
2. On engine E7J, disconnect a hose of warm air from a casing on a final collector.

4. Where it is necessary, support a reception pipe (do not damage the Ljambda-gauge), then turn away nuts/bolts, fastening a reception pipe of the muffler/converter to a final collector. Remove a lining (address to an accompanying illustration). |
