Removal and installation - assemblage of the air filter and inlet air lines

ENGINES E7J

 REMOVAL

1a. Turn on and remove bolts.

1b. Remove the screw of a cover from the top part of the air filter, then let out скобы and uncover. Take filtering element (address to illustrations).

2a. Disconnect a hose of warm air from a casing of a final collector.

2b. Loosen the скобу.

2c. Then disconnect surrounding air hose from an entrance cranked branch pipe on the air filter (address to illustrations).

3a. Let out a rubber belt.

3b. Then lift the case of the filter from the case of a throttle and disconnect a ventilation hose картера (address to illustrations).

4. If it is necessary, turn away bolts and remove an arm. Remove a hose and turn away an inlet air line from a forward part of an impellent compartment.

ENGINES K7M AND F3R

 REMOVAL

1. Turn away strengthening core where it is applied, between domes of a rack of a forward suspension bracket.

2. Disconnect conducting from the gauge of temperature of entrance air on an intermediate air line (address to an accompanying illustration).

3a. Separation of an intermediate air line from the air filter - engine K7M.

3b. Loosen the скобу also disconnect an intermediate air line from the air filter, then ослабьте скобу and disconnect the channel from the throttle case.

3c. Disconnect a ventilation hose картера and remove an air line (address to illustrations).

4. Turn on and remove a bolt, крепящий a cranked branch pipe of entrance air to a forward part of an impellent compartment (address to an accompanying illustration).

5. Remove the case of the air filter and a primary hose from the holder in an impellent compartment (sm an illustration).

6. If it is necessary, disconnect a primary inlet air line from the basis of the case of the air filter, and remove an element as Maintenance service is described in the Head.

ENGINES F7R

 REMOVAL

1. Disconnect conducting from the gauge of temperature of entrance air on the case of the air filter.
2. Disconnect a ventilation hose картера and all additional hoses, and also скобы a rope from the case of the air filter.
3. Separate air lines of entrance air from the basis of the air filter from the throttle case.


 INSTALLATION

1. Make installation in return sequence.
