Removal, installation and cowl adjustment

 REMOVAL

1. Open a cowl and fix it in this position.
2. Disconnect a hose of a washer on the right side of a cowl.
3. A pencil or a felt-tip pen lead round each of cowl hinges to facilitate its subsequent installation.
4. By means of the assistant, turn on left - and the right bolts of hinges and accurately remove a cowl from the car.
5. Examine cowl loops on presence of deterioration and if it is necessary replace them.


 INSTALLATION AND ADJUSTMENT

1. By means of the assistant combine a cowl with hinges. Establish bolts of fastening and tighten them manually. Combine bolts with the labels made at removal, then reliably tighten them.
2. Close a cowl and check up its centering concerning adjoining panels of a body. If it is necessary, ослабьте bolts of hinges and move a cowl on the extended cuts to the necessary party. As soon as the cowl is centered, tighten bolts of hinges.
