Removal and installation of the panel of furnish of doors

The device and design of the panel of furnish of a door changes according to level of the equipment of the car, therefore some arrangements of panels of furnish will differ from accompanying illustrations.

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect a cable of weight from the battery. If the radio tape recorder in your car is coded before to disconnect the battery, be convinced that you know a code.

FORWARD DOOR (ALL MODELS EXCEPT SCENIC)

REMOVAL

1a. Disconnect the panel of furnish of an external mirror from a forward part of a door. 1b. On Compartment models also disconnect the small panel of furnish in the top back corner (address to illustrations). 2. Remove динамик from a door. 3a. Turn away fastening screws, fastening a compartment for storage of small things to the basis of the panel of furnish. 3b. Move a compartment for storage of small things upwards to release it from fixing скоб. 3c. Then remove it from a door, disconnecting an electroconducting socket (where it is necessary) (address to illustrations). 4a. Remove заглушку at the bottom of armrest deepening. 4b. Then turn away the screw of fastening and remove the plastic panel (address to illustrations). 5a. Turn away the fastening screw. 5b. Cнимите the internal handle, having disconnected it from draught (address to illustrations). 6. On models with manual window lifterами, remove the lever from an axis and remove распорную a lining (address to an accompanying illustration). 7. Be convinced that all screws are removed, then accurately disconnect the basis of the panel of furnish from a door (address to an accompanying illustration).

FORWARD DOOR (MODEL SCENIC)

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the panel of furnish of an external mirror from a forward part of a door. 2. Remove динамик from a door. 3. Turn away the screws established in the bottom part and in an aperture dynamics, fastening a compartment for storage of small things to the furnish panel. 4. Deduce the top part of a compartment for storage of small things outside to release top fixing скобу, then lift a compartment upwards and remove it from a back adjusting pin (address to an accompanying illustration). Disconnect an electroconducting socket (where it is necessary) and remove a compartment for storage of small things. 5. Remove заглушку at the bottom of armrest deepening, then turn away the screw of fastening and remove the plastic panel. 6. Where is available, disconnect a cover established on the panel of furnish of a door, below a mirror. 7. If mirrors with the electric drive are established, working through a doorway below a mirror, remove two fixing скобы, fastening management of mirror adjustment to the furnish panel, then disconnect electroconducting sockets. If mirrors with manual adjustment are established, remove a rubber cover from the regulator handle. Working through a doorway, turn on tightening the screw on regulator assemblage. Press a uvula with a side of assemblage of a regulator to release management ropes. 8. Turn away the screw of fastening and remove the internal handle, having disconnected it from draught. 9. On models with manual window lifterами, remove the lever from an axis and remove распорную a lining. 10. Be convinced that all screws are removed, then accurately disconnect the basis of the panel of furnish from a door and remove it.

BACK DOOR

REMOVAL

1. Turn away screws of fastening of the panel of furnish in the basis of a compartment for storage of small things (where is available) and on models Scenic, also disconnect the lateral panel of furnish of a back part of a window. 2. Remove the furnish panel as it is described above (for all models except Scenic and for models Scenic), ignoring remarks concerning electroconducting. Installation 3. Make installation in the return to removal an order. Before fastening скобами panels be convinced that all electroconducting (where it is applied) is correctly laid.
