Removal and installation of elements of internal furnish of salon

Panels of internal furnish

REMOVAL

1. For fastening of panels of internal furnish of salon screws, and also various type clamps (usually tightening or шпилечного type) are used. 2. Make sure that the panel subject to removal is not blocked by any other element of furnish. Usually the order of dismantle of panels is quite obvious and is easily defined at external inspection of salon. 3. Release all visible fixture (such, as screws). If after отдавания fixture the panel does not give in to removal, hence there are still latent clamps. Clamps are usually located along edges of the panel and released automatically at them поддевании. It is necessary to remember that plastic clamps at dismantle of panels easily break and at assemblage should be replaced. We will notice also that in many cases from the panel subject to dismantle it is necessary to separate a sealing strip of an adjoining doorway. 4. Do not try to remove at all the panel not giving in to dismantle by force application. Always before make sure that all fixture is released. 5. Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of fixing of the panel all provided screws and clamps.

Cover of a ware box

REMOVAL

1. Open a cover of a ware box and disconnect from it restrictive cables (address to an accompanying illustration). 2. Accurately delay a cover back and, having hooked a screw-driver, release clamps of fastening of its loops to the panel of devices (address to an accompanying illustration). Try not to lose clamps after cover removal. 3. At installation track reliability of fixing of loops and restrictive cables.

Carpet covering

REMOVAL

1. The floor carpet covering of salon of the car is executed from an integral piece ковролина which edges are fixed by means of screws and clamps. Ceiling upholstery

REMOVAL

1. The ceiling upholstery fastens to a roof of the car by means of clamps and can be dismantled only after removal of such elements, as top поручневые handles, sun-protection peaks, assemblage of the top hatch, a windscreen, back window leaves, and also panels of furnish of salon interfaced to it. Besides, it is necessary to liberate sealing strips from apertures of doors and the top hatch. 2.
