REPLACEMENT

1. Cock a manual brake, then поддомкратьте a forward part of the car and reliably establish it on axial props. Remove forward wheels. 2. Take brake Pads from an arm (address to illustrations). 7. Measure a thickness of everyone brake Pads (a metal basis plus an overlay) (address to an accompanying illustration). If any from колодок it is worn out till the minimum thickness specified in Specifications, all four Pads should be replaced. Колодки also are subject to replacement, if at least one of them is polluted by oil or greasing as to clear it it is impossible. If unequal deterioration or pollution is found out, find and eliminate the reason before installation new колодок. 8. If brake Pads are serviceable, accurately clear their soft wire brush, giving particular attention to lateral sites and an underside of a metal basis. Clear also an internal surface of a fixing arm of a support. 9. Before installation колодок be convinced that directing pins freely slide in an arm and that rubber covers of directing pins are not damaged (address to an accompanying illustration). Clean off a dust from a support and the piston a brush. Examine a dustproof cover of the piston and the piston on presence of damages, smudges and corrosion. If are established new Pads, it is necessary to push the support piston into the cylinder that for them the place was formed. Use for this purpose a clamp or a flat screw-driver. Consider that thus liquid level in the tank will raise (it is recommended to pump out preliminary from it a liquid part). 11. Establish Pads into position, remembering that internal колодка is equipped by the deterioration gauge. 12. Develop a support into position. Be convinced that springs колодок are established correctly, then press a support and establish a new bolt of a directing pin (address to an accompanying illustration). Tighten a bolt the effort resulted in Specifications. 13. Connect a socket of conducting of the gauge of deterioration brake Pads and fix wires скобами. 14. Press a brake pedal some times to move Pads closely to a disk. 15. Repeat the procedure described above on the second support of a forward brake. 16. Establish wheels, then lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel bolts the effort resulted in Specifications. 17.
