Removal, check and installation of the unilateral valve of the block of the vacuum amplifier

 REMOVAL

1. Disconnect a hose from the unidirectional valve of the amplifier established on a forward part of the block.
2. Take the valve from a rubber sealing ring, using a rotary motion. Remove from the amplifier a sealing ring.

SERVICEABILITY CHECK

1. Examine the valve on presence of damages and replace it if it is necessary. Direct through the valve a current of air. The serviceable valve passes air only in one direction - from the amplifier to the pipeline. Replace the valve, if it not so.
2. Examine a rubber sealing ring and a flexible vacuum hose on presence of damages and replace them as required.

 INSTALLATION

1. Establish a sealing ring and the amplifier.
2. Establish the unidirectional valve into position, trying not to displace and not to damage a sealing ring, then connect a vacuum hose.
3. In summary, start the engine and check up the amplifier on presence of leaks of air.
