1. Remove gear приводной a belt as Removal, survey and installation gear drive a belt is described in Section.
|
|
2. Usually the cogwheel easily acts in film with коленвала (address to an accompanying illustration). But in certain cases the stripper can be demanded. |
3. Clean segment шпонку if it is badly fixed. Examine an epiploon on presence of oil smudges and if it is necessary, replace as it is described in Section Replacement of epiploons коленвала. |

COGWHEEL OF THE INTERMEDIATE SHAFT/ROLLER

1. Remove gear приводной a belt as Removal, survey and installation gear drive a belt is described in Section.
2. On engines with intermediate shaft (address to Specifications), keep a cogwheel the special tool. For this purpose also it is possible to use an old gear belt, having wrapped up it round a pulley and having grasped flat-nose pliers.

3. Turn away a fastening bolt, then pull down a pulley from the shaft end (address to an accompanying illustration). If it is necessary, use two levers or screw-drivers to release a pulley (if it is necessary, it is possible to use a stripper as is described above for a cogwheel коленвала). Pay attention that on some engines segment шпонка is a cogwheel part. On engines without an intermediate shaft turn away a bolt and remove an intermediate roller. |
