Replacement of epiploons of a cam-shaft
EPIPLOON FROM OUTSIDE ПРИВОДНОГО THE BELT

1. Remove a cam-shaft cogwheel as Removal at installation of cogwheels drive a belt and the tension mechanism is described in Section.
2. Remove segment шпонку (where is available) from the cam-shaft end.

3a. Note depth of installation of an old epiploon, then a screw-driver take it from a head of the block of cylinders, thus do not damage a cam-shaft. The epiploon can be removed and in another way. Drill in it small an aperture, screw саморез. |

|
3b. Flat-nose pliers take an epiploon (address to illustrations). If to make it it is not possible, screw the second саморез. |
4. Rub off a contact surface with an epiploon in a head of the block of cylinders, then dip a new epiploon in oil and establish it on a cam-shaft the closed party outside.
5. A tube of suitable diameter hammer in an epiploon into a casing on preliminary noted depth.
6. Establish a cam-shaft cogwheel as Removal at installation of cogwheels drive a belt and the tension mechanism is described in Section. |

EPIPLOON FROM OUTSIDE THE FLYWHEEL
|

|
1. On the end of a cam-shaft of an epiploon turned to a flywheel is not present. Consolidation is provided with a lining between a head of the block of cylinders and a casing of the vacuum pump, and on some models - the sealing ring established between the pump and a casing. It is possible to replace a lining or a sealing ring, having removed the pump from the engine (address to the Head Brake system). |
