EPIPLOON FROM OUTSIDE ПРИВОДНОГО THE BELT

REPLACEMENT

1. Remove a cogwheel коленвала as Removal at installation of cogwheels drive a belt and the tension mechanism is described in Section. 2. Notice a correct arrangement of an old epiploon, then by means of a screw-driver take it from a casing. Do not damage a surface коленвала, распорной a lining or an epiploon casing. On some models probably it is necessary to remove the bottom internal cover gear drive a belt. In this case, remove a gear wheel/roller of an intermediate shaft and a intermediate pulley (address to Section Removal at installation of cogwheels drive a belt and the tension mechanism), and then turn away a cover. 3. Clear a casing of an epiploon and remove наждачной a skin of the tease and roughness which can cause epiploon damage. Examine a contact surface with an epiploon on коленвале. If it is rough or on it grooves in an installation site of the old epiploon were formed, a new epiploon it is necessary to establish on hardly smaller depth. On engines of early models F8Q 784 which have separate распорную a lining - if it is worn out in a place which the old epiploon concerned, develop it and establish into place that the new epiploon concerned not worn out area. If распорная the lining is worn excessively out, replace it. 4. Rub off a contact surface with an epiploon, then dip a new epiploon in oil and establish it on коленвал, the closed party outside. 5. A tube of suitable diameter hammer in an epiploon into a casing on preliminary noted depth - work cautiously not to damage an epiploon edge. On engines with separate распорной a lining, grease with its pure impellent oil, then establish on коленвал and accurately enter into an epiploon. 6. Where it is necessary, establish the bottom internal cover drive a belt and establish an intermediate pulley and a gear wheel/roller as Removal at installation of cogwheels drive a belt and the tension mechanism is described in Section, and new gear приводной a belt as Removal, survey and installation gear drive a belt is described in Section.

EPIPLOON CASING FROM OUTSIDE ПРИВОДНОГО THE BELT

REPLACEMENT

1. Remove gear приводной a belt as Removal, survey and installation gear drive a belt, from a cogwheel коленвала and an intermediate shaft or an intermediate pulley is described in Section, address to Section Removal at installation of cogwheels drive a belt and the tension mechanism. Get segment шпонку from a cut in коленвале, then turn away the bottom internal cover drive a belt from the block of cylinders. 2. Turn away bolts of fastening of a casing of an epiploon to the pallet. 3. Turn away bolts of fastening and accurately separate an epiploon casing, marking adjusting pins about two bottom apertures under bolts. If the pallet lining is damaged, the pallet it is necessary to remove and replace a lining. On engines without an intermediate shaft notice presence directing приводной chains of the oil pump and two adjusting pins. Be convinced that the directing is suitable for the further use and replace it if there are doubts concerning a condition. On engines of early models F8Q, notice also presence separate распорной linings on the end коленвала. 4. An epiploon it is necessary to change every time after casing removal. Notice an arrangement of an old epiploon, then by means of a screw-driver take it and rub off a basic surface. Grease external edge of a new epiploon and insert it into a casing the closed party outside. Put a casing on wooden брусок, then by means of a head or a metal pipe drive an epiploon into place. 5. At installation, clear combined surfaces of a casing, the pallet and the block of hermetic. Be convinced that directing to a chain (where it is applied) it is correctly established also adjusting pins are on a place in a casing. 6. Put a strip of hermetic in diameter 0.6 - 1.0 mm (Renault recommends CAF 4/60 THIXO or Rhodorseal 5661) for a surface of a lining of a casing, round internal sides of apertures under bolts, and also on a carving of two bolts (the nearest to an epiploon). Watch that hermetic has corked the lubricant channel in the top end of a casing. Establish a casing on the block of cylinders and the pallet, in regular intervals clamping bolts. 7. Establish separate распорную a lining (where it is applied) as it is described above. On all engines, establish segment шпонку in a cut in коленвале, then establish the bottom internal cover drive a belt and reliably tighten fastening bolts. 8. Establish cogwheels коленвала and an intermediate shaft or an intermediate pulley. Then establish new gear приводной a belt, address to Sections Removal at installation of cogwheels drive a belt and the mechanism of a tension and Removal, survey and installation gear drive a belt.

EPIPLOON FROM OUTSIDE THE FLYWHEEL

REPLACEMENT

1. For replacement of the left epiploon коленвала it is required to remove transmission from an impellent compartment, that it was possible to take coupling (where it is applied) and a flywheel/privodnoj a disk - address to the Head Transmission and the Head Coupling. Remove a flywheel/privodnoj a disk as Removal and installation of an oil radiator of the current Chapter is described in Section. 2. A screw-driver take an old epiploon. 3. Examine a contact surface with an epiploon on коленвале. If it rough or on it grooves in area to which the epiploon concerned were formed, the new epiploon will be necessary for establishing on slightly smaller depth. 4. Rub off a contact surface with an epiploon, then dip a new epiploon in oil and put on it on коленвал the closed party outside. 5. By means of a metal tube hammer in an epiploon on the depth noted earlier. 6. Establish a flywheel/privodnoj a disk, address to Section Removal and installation of an oil radiator of the current Chapter. Establish coupling as Coupling is described in the Head, then establish assemblage of transmission and attach it to the engine as it is described in the Head Transmission.
