1. The cooler трансмиссионной liquids is located on the top wall of transmission. To get access to a cooler, remove assemblage of the air filter (the Head of the Power supply system, release).
2. To minimise loss of a cooling liquid, press hoses about a cooler. It is possible to merge also a liquid from cooling system as Maintenance service is described in the Head.
3. Loosen the скобы also disconnect hoses from a cooler. Be ready to an exit of a cooling liquid. Смойте the spilt liquid cold water also dry adjoining area before to continue work.
4. Turn away fixing bolts and remove a cooler from transmission. Impose a cooler with pure rags to collect a liquid which will be spilt. Закупорьте the opened apertures that the dirt has not got to system.
5. Remove sealing rings from fixing bolts and the consolidations established between a cooler and transmission - they are subject to replacement. |

1. Grease new consolidations pure трансмиссионной with a liquid, then establish two consolidations on the basis of a cooler and on consolidation on each fixing bolt.
2. Establish a cooler on transmission, trying not to displace the bottom consolidations. Establish fixing bolts and tighten their effort resulted in Specifications.
3. Connect hoses of system of cooling to a cooler and reliably tighten their collars. Remove from hoses clips.
4. Establish assemblage of the air filter as it is described in the Head of the Power supply system, release.
5. In summary, finish to norm liquid level in system of cooling and check up level трансмиссионной liquids as Maintenance service is described in Section the routine maintenance Schedule in the Head. |
