Removal and installation of a drive of a speedometer

1. The speedometer drive can be removed after removal of a protective cover of the main transfer from a back part of transmission.
2. Cock a manual brake, then поддомкратьте a forward part of the car and establish it on axial props. Where is available, remove the bottom guard of the engine.
3. Remove assemblage of the air filter as it is described in the Head of the Power supply system, release.
4. Disconnect conducting and turn out the gauge of speed of the car from the top wall of transmission.
5. Place the suitable container under a casing of the main transfer to catch a liquid which will be let out at removal of a protective cover.
6. Turn away bolts of fastening and uncover the main transfer. Remove a lining.
7. Turn out a casing of the mechanism of a drive of a speedometer from the top wall of transmission, then disconnect and take the mechanism. Remove a sealing ring. |

1. Establish a new sealing ring in a casing of the mechanism of a drive and insert a casing into transmission. Attach a wire to a casing скобами and deduce a casing into position.
2. Clear and dry combined surfaces of a cover and transmission and establish a cover, using a new lining. Establish bolts of a cover and tighten them reliably.
3. Establish the gauge of speed of the car and connect electroconducting.

4. Fill the block of the main transfer with the type specified in Specifications and quantity of oil (address to Section the Schedule of routine maintenance and the Specification of the Head Maintenance service) through the bulk/control aperture located on the right end of transmission (address to an accompanying illustration). Pour oil while its level will not reach an aperture bottom edge. Establish a stopper, tighten it and lower the car on the earth. |
5. Make on the car a short trip. After returning, park the car out of the blue (not under a bias) and check up oil level in the block of the main transfer (address to the Head Maintenance service). |
