Removal and starter installation

 REMOVAL

1 Disconnect a cable of weight from the battery.


If the radio tape recorder in your car is coded before to disconnect the battery, be convinced that you know a code.

MODELS WITH THE PETROL ENGINE

 REMOVAL

1. Remove a casing of the air filter as it is described in the Head of the Power supply system and release.

MODELS WITH THE DIESEL ENGINE (WITHOUT ТУРБОКОМПРЕССОРА)

 REMOVAL

1. Remove a casing of the air filter as it is described in the Head of the Power supply system and release.

3. Turn away screws of fastening and a nut, then remove a protective cover from a starter.
4. Disconnect a socket of electroconducting from the traction relay of a starter, then turn away a fixing nut and disconnect the main submitting cable from the traction relay.
5. Turn away fixing nuts and bolts, then remove an arm of back fastening of a starter.
6. Loosen the also remove three bolts, fastening a starter to картеру transmissions and remove it from an impellent compartment. Remove an adjusting pin which is established in an aperture under a bolt of back fastening.

MODELS WITH THE DIESEL ENGINE (WITH ТУРБОКОМПРЕССОРОМ)

 REMOVAL

1. Cock a manual brake, then поддомкратьте a forward part of the car and establish it on axial props. Remove the right forward wheel and a protective guard картера the engine.

6. Turn away three bolts, fastening a starter to картеру transmission couplings.
7. On the majority of models to remove a starter, it is necessary to operate as follows.
8. Working under the right party of the car, by means of a punch beat out a cylindrical pin, крепящий a power shaft to a shaft of a gear wheel of differential.
9. Loosen the two nuts and bolts, fastening the right fixing element of a rotary fist to a suspension bracket rack. Remove the top nut and a bolt, but do not remove the bottom nut and a bolt.
10. Deduce the top part of a fixing element of a rotary fist outside while the internal end of a power shaft will not be disconnected from a differential shaft. Suspend a power shaft, using a twine or a wire - do not allow it to hang under a body weight.

 INSTALLATION
