2. Mark an arrangement of a protective cover on cross-section steering draught. Let out collars and separate a protective cover from картера the steering mechanism and a tip of steering draught.
3. Carefully clear steering draught and картер the steering mechanism, using fine-grained наждачную a skin. Remove corrosion, agnails and roughnesses which could damage sealing edges of a new protective cover at installation.
4. Remove greasing from an old protective cover. If it is not polluted by sand, put it on internal шаровый the hinge of steering draught. Otherwise, put fresh молибденовую greasing.
5. Grease an internal part of a new protective cover. Accurately place a protective cover on cross-section steering draught and establish it on картер the steering mechanism. Level external edge of a protective cover with a label made on steering draught before removal, then attach its new collars.
