Removal and installation of switches

Before removal of any switch disconnect a cable of weight from the battery, and restore connection after switch installation.

The lock of ignition/blokirator of a steering column

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Insert a key into the ignition lock so that to block a steering wheel. 2. Turn a steering wheel so that to have access to the radio switch. Disconnect a cover from the interior of the switch and ослабьте the screw of fastening of the switch on some turns (address to an accompanying illustration). 3a. Turn away fastening screws. 3b. Cнимите the bottom casing of a steering column. 3c. Turn away two screws of fastening, turn a steering wheel as required. 3d. Cнимите the top casing of a steering column (address to illustrations). 4. Turn away screws of fastening and remove the bottom casing under a steering column. 5. Track electroconducting from the switch and disconnect it from the main plait. 6a. Remove furnish from the lock. 6b. Turn away the fastening screw (address to illustrations). 7a. Insert the ignition key and turn it while it will not be combined with a label between positions of switch "And" and "M". 7b. Keep a key in this position, then press fixing скобу with remove the lock (address to illustrations). 8. Make installation upside-down.

The combined switches on a steering column

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Remove casings of a steering column as it is described in paragraphs 1 and 3 above. 2. For removal of one switch, disconnect electroconducting, then turn away screws of fastening and shift the switch from a fixing arm (address to an accompanying illustration). 3. Before removal of full assemblage of the switch and a fixing arm it is necessary to remove a steering wheel (address to the Head the Suspension bracket and a steering); on models with a safety pillow remove also the contact block. On all models, turn away the fixing screw of the switch of radio and move it aside. Disconnect electroconducting from switches, then ослабьте tightening the screw on some turns and let out a switch clip. Remove assemblage of the switch from a steering column (address to an accompanying illustration). 4. Make installation upside-down. Reliably connect all sockets of electroconducting. Before steering wheel installation be convinced that switch levers are correctly established concerning casings; if it is necessary, ослабьте fixing tighten, place correctly the switch and reliably tighten the screw (address to an accompanying illustration).

Switches on the lateral panel of the driver

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Uncover the block of safety locks, then turn away screws of fastening of the panel of the switch (address to an accompanying illustration). 2a. Remove the switch panel. 2b. Oтсоедините electroconducting sockets (address to illustrations). 3. Make installation upside-down.

Switches on the central panel

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Remove the control panel a heater (address to the Head System of cooling, heating). 2a. Press fixing скобы. 2b. Push out the corresponding switch and disconnect an electroconducting socket (address to illustrations). 3. Make installation upside-down.

Forward switches of the central console

ALL MODELS EXCEPT SCENIC

REMOVAL

1. Accurately disconnect the panel of the switch and remove it from the central console, then disconnect electroconducting sockets. 2. Turn away screws of fastening of the switch and remove it from the panel. 3. Make installation upside-down.

MODELS SCENIC

REMOVAL

1. Turn away a bolt, крепящий the panel of the right niche for feet under the central part of the instrument panel. Lower in front of the panel downwards to release an adjusting pin, then move it forward to uncouple back clamps. Similarly remove the left panel. 2. Remove the panel of the switch from the central console, having turned away two screws. Lift the panel upwards to release скобы and aligning pins, then take the block. Disconnect sockets of electroconducting and remove the switch panel. 3. To remove switches back window lifterа, press four uvulas and push out the switch from the panel. To remove the remained switches, turn away two fixing bolts. 4. Make installation upside-down.

Back switches of the central console

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Accurately disconnect the panel of the switch from a back part of the central console and disconnect electroconducting sockets (address to an accompanying illustration). 2. Press скобы and remove the switch, marking its arrangement. 3. Make installation upside-down.

Switches established at doors

1. Remove динамик from a door. 2. Turn away screws of fastening and remove a compartment for storage small a prophetic door in the basis. Disconnect electroconducting sockets. 3. Press fixing скобы and remove the switch (address to an accompanying illustration). 4. Make installation upside-down.

Switches on the top console

1. Illumination switches are built in lanterns of internal illumination (address to Section Replacement of lamps (lanterns of illumination of salon)). The switch while can be removed as follows. 2. Shift forward a plastic cover from the top console (address to an accompanying illustration). 3a. Turn away fastening screws. 3b. Cнимите assemblage of switches from a roof. Disconnect conducting sockets (address to illustrations). 4. Turn away screws of fastening and remove the switch from the console (address to an accompanying illustration). 5. Make installation upside-down.

Switches on seats

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Accurately remove by means of a screw-driver the panel of the switch with a side of a seat and disconnect it from an electroconducting socket. 2. Connect a socket of electroconducting and establish the switch into place.

The stoplight switch

The switch of illumination of salon

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Open a door and remove a rubber cover from the switch. 2. By means of a small flat screw-driver press fixing скобы the switch, then accurately extend it from a rack. Disconnect an electroconducting socket. Paste a sticky tape electroconducting to a rack to prevent its falling in a switch aperture. 3. Make installation upside-down. Establish a rubber cover on the switch and press it into place.
