Oil replacement in a transmission

The bulk stopper carries out also a role probeа level measurements.

 REPLACEMENT

1. Make a short trip to warm up the engine/transmission to working temperature.
2. Park the car out of the blue (not under a bias), switch off ignition and cock a manual brake. For access improvement поддомкратьте a forward part of the car also establish it on axial props. Remember that at filling of the block and measurement of level of oil the car should stand on wheels.
3. Rub off, and then turn away a stopper of the bulk/control aperture located on a forward wall of transmission. Remove a sealing washer.
4. Place under the drain stopper located on the basis картера of transmission, the suitable container. To get access to a drain stopper, turn away screws and remove a protective cover of transmission.
5. Turn away a drain stopper and allow to oil to flow down completely in the container. If the engine too hot, be protected emission of splashes. Clear bulk and drain stoppers, trying to remove from magnetic inserts all metal particles. Will throw out sealing washers - they should be changed after each removal of stoppers.
6. When all oil will flow out, clear a carving of a drain aperture, establish a new sealing washer and reliably tighten a drain stopper. If the car was поддомкрачен, lower it on wheels. Where it is necessary, establish on transmission a protective cover.
7. Transmission filling to carry out extremely inconveniently. Besides, that oil level was established (before it will be possible to measure it) a lot of time is required. Notice that at check of level of oil the car should stand out of the blue (not under a bias).
8. Fill transmission by the necessary quantity of the type of oil specified in Specifications, then check up its level. Establish a stopper of a bulk aperture with a new sealing washer, and reliably tighten it.

If in transmission the standard volume of oil has been filled in, but at level check its considerable quantity has flowed out, establish a bulk stopper and make a short trip, then again check up level and add oil if it is necessary.
