Replacement of a protective cover of an external SHRUS of a power shaft (model with Manual transmission)

REPLACEMENT

1. Remove a power shaft (address to Section Removal and power shaft installation). 2. Cut fixing collars of a protective cover and shift a cover to an external SHRUS. 3. Remove from the SHRUS as much as possible greasing and define SHRUS type.

BALL SHRUS (THE EXPERT 1700)

REPLACEMENT

1. By means of special flat-nose pliers, unclench an internal lock ring of the SHRUS. Simultaneously пристукните on an open surface of a holder of the hinge киянкой to separate the SHRUS from a power shaft. Remove a protective cover and rubber ободок. 2. Clear the SHRUS, using kerosene or suitable solvent, and dry it. Examine the SHRUS. 3. Move the SHRUS holder here and there serially to get access to everyone and spheres (from above). Examine spheres on presence of cracks, уплощенных places and dot corrosion. 4. Examine lines of spheres on the case and the SHRUS holder. If lines became wider, spheres any more will not be hardly сидень in them. Check up cuts of a separator of the SHRUS on presence of signs of deterioration and cracks. 5. If any of SHRUS components it is worn out or damaged, it is necessary to replace full assemblage of a power shaft since any of components is not on sale separately. If the SHRUS condition well, get the repair complete set of details consisting of a new protective cover, the rubber fillet, fixing spring and greasing. 6. Wind with a sticky tape grooves on the power shaft end, then establish on a shaft a rubber fillet and a protective cover. Attach the internal end of a cover a fillet. 7. Remove a tape, then establish the SHRUS on a power shaft (the internal lock ring should get to a shaft flute). 8. Be convinced that the lock ring reliably keeps the SHRUS on a power shaft, then fill the hinge with greasing. Track, that greasing has got to all lines of spheres and place surplus of greasing in a protective cover. 9. Place an external sealing edge of a protective cover in a flute on the SHRUS case. Raise a cover edge to balance pressure of air. Establish on a cover collars and tighten them. 10. Be convinced that the SHRUS freely moves in all directions, then establish a power shaft as Removal and power shaft installation is described in Section.

SHRUS WITH КРЕСТОВИНОЙ (GE86)

REPLACEMENT

1. Remove an internal SHRUS, the bearing and a protective cover as it is described in Section Replacement of a protective cover of an internal SHRUS of the right power shaft (model with Manual transmission) or Replacement of a protective cover of an internal SHRUS of the left power shaft (model with Manual transmission) this Chapter. 2. Where it is established виброгаситель, mark its orientation, and also position on приводном to a shaft, then, using a stripper or a press, remove it from the internal end of a power shaft (address to an accompanying illustration). Remove a cover of an external SHRUS from the internal end of a power shaft. 4. Clear an external SHRUS, using kerosene or suitable solvent, and dry it. Examine the SHRUS. 5. Check up крестовину a power shaft and the semihinge on presence of signs of deterioration, dot corrosion and attritions. Be convinced that the semihinge turns easily and smoothly, without jerks. 6. At detection of deterioration or damages, replace a power shaft since any of components is not on sale separately. If a condition of components of the SHRUS well, get the repair complete set of details consisting of a new protective cover, fixing collars and greasing (address to an accompanying illustration). 7. Wind grooves on the internal end of a power shaft with a sticky tape, then accurately place an external protective cover on a shaft. 8. Fill the SHRUS with greasing (address to an accompanying illustration) and place its surpluses in a protective cover. 9. Close the SHRUS a cover and be convinced that its sealing edges have got to power shaft and semihinge flutes (address to an accompanying illustration). Be convinced that the SHRUS freely moves in all directions. 10. Moisten a power shaft with soap water. Establish on a shaft виброгаситель, using hollow выколотку which should rest only against its internal plug. Use the labels made before removal. 11. Establish components of an internal SHRUS as it is described in Section Replacement of a protective cover of an internal SHRUS of the right power shaft (model with Manual transmission) or Replacement of a protective cover of an internal SHRUS of the left power shaft (model with Manual transmission), then establish a power shaft (address to Section Removal and power shaft installation).
