The general description and replacement of components of system of heating of the fuel filter with heat system

In a casing of the fuel filter the electric heating element which interferes густению fuel at low temperatures is established. The heater copes a thermoswitch. When fuel temperature more low 0°С, thermoswitch contacts become isolated also a current moves on a heater which warms up fuel in a casing of the filter and the filter. When fuel will get warm to 8°С, thermoswitch contacts are disconnected also a heater is disconnected.

Be cautious, do not suppose dirt hit in fuel system.

REPLACEMENT OF COMPONENTS

1. Remove the fuel filter as Maintenance service is described in the Head. 2. Disconnect electroconducting, then turn away the central bolt and remove a heating element from the basis of a casing of the fuel filter. Clean a sealing ring which is established between an element and a filter casing; it is subject to replacement. 3. At installation, arrange a new sealing ring in a flute in a heating element and establish an element in a filter casing, reliably clamping the central bolt. 4. Connect electroconducting and establish the fuel filter as Maintenance service is described in the Head.

Thermoswitch

REPLACEMENT OF COMPONENTS

1. Disconnect a socket of electroconducting from a thermoswitch. 2. Rub off area round a thermoswitch and a casing of the fuel filter. Place the container to collect the spilt fuel, then ослабьте and remove the switch from a casing of the fuel filter. Clean sealing washers which are located from each party connecting муфты a fuel hose. Will throw out washers - they are subject to replacement. 3. Installation is spent upside-down. Do not forget to establish new sealing washers from each party connecting муфты a fuel hose.
