Check and replacement of components of systems of decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases of the diesel engine

WITH THE CODED ELECTRONIC BLOCK

 CHECK

1. Components of this system do not demand any attention, except check of a condition of hoses.

 REPLACEMENT OF COMPONENTS

1. It is obvious. Note an arrangement of hoses before their separation not to mix at installation.

MANAGEMENT OF EMISSION OF THE FULFILLED GASES

 CHECK

1. The system can be checked up precisely only with use of the suitable analyzer of the fulfilled gases (for diesel engines).

Каталитически the converter

 REPLACEMENT

1. The Katalitichesky converter is replaced as a part of final system.

РЕЦИРКУЛЯЦИЯ THE FULFILLED GASES

The following procedure is applicable only to engines F8Q. Because of necessity of use of special diagnostic equipment Renault for valve check on engines F9Q, this work charge HUNDRED Renault.

 CHECK

1. Start the engine and allow to it to get warm to normal working temperature (the cooling fan should join).
2. At the engine working on single turns, disconnect a vacuum hose from the valve recycling. Then click of the closed valve should be audible. If click it is not audible, operate as follows.
3. Check up, that there was a depression on the end of the vacuum hose going to the valve recycling. If there is a suitable manometre, check up, that pressure was less than 500 мБар. If the vacuum is present, the valve recycling (the diaphragm is pinched or punched) is possibly faulty. If the vacuum is not present, execute following checks.
4. Check up reliability of fastening of all connections of hoses.
5. Check up food giving on a valve winding.
6. Check up thermovalve functioning. It can be made, checking vacuum passage at a warming up of the engine to normal working temperature. Switch off the engine and disconnect vacuum hoses of the thermovalve from the valve recycling and the electromagnetic valve and check up, that air passed through hoses. If it not so, the thermovalve is possibly faulty or hoses are littered.
7. Check up functioning of the microswitch of system recycling the fulfilled gases and preheat system as the engine Electric equipment is described in the Head.

The valve recycling the fulfilled gases

System components recycling the fulfilled gases - engine F9Q

1 — the Inlet pipeline
2 — the Final collector
3 — the Vacuum pump
4 — the Valve recycling the fulfilled gases
5 — a valve Winding recycling the fulfilled gases

6 — the Head of the block of cylinders
7 — the Fan
12 — the Steel pipe
13 — Consolidation
14 — the Clip

 REPLACEMENT

1. The valve settles down on a back part of the engine and is attached to a final collector (engines F8Q 620) or to the inlet pipeline (engines F8Q with turbocharger and F9Q) (address to an accompanying illustration above). The valve is connected with other collector through a metal pipe.
2. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the valve.
3. Turn away bolts of fastening and disconnect a pipe of the valve from the inlet pipeline or a final collector. Remove a lining.
4. Turn away the case of the valve from a collector and remove a lining. Remove the valve together with a pipe.
5. If the new valve is established, turn away bolts of fastening or let out a clip, and rearrange a pipe on the new valve, using a new lining where it is applied.
6. Make installation in return sequence, use new linings.

The electromagnetic valve (engines F8Q)

 REPLACEMENT

1. The valve is on an arm attached to a partition of an impellent compartment (address to an accompanying illustration).

2. Disconnect a socket of electroconducting and vacuum hoses from the valve.
3. Turn away fixing nuts and get the valve together with an arm.
4. Make installation in return sequence, watching that vacuum hoses have been reliably connected.

The thermovalve (engines F8Q)

 REPLACEMENT

1. The thermovalve is in a hose of system of cooling, in the left forward corner of the block of cylinders.
2. To remove the valve, simply disconnect a socket of electroconducting and turn away the valve from a hose.
3. Make installation in the return to removal an order. Check up leaks of a cooling liquid and if it is necessary, add level of a cooling liquid.

The gauge альтиметра (a height measuring instrument above sea level) (engines F8Q)

On engines F8Q with turbocharger and on F9Q the gauge is built in in the electronic module of management and cannot be separated from it.

 REPLACEMENT

1. The gauge is in an impellent compartment on an arch of a forward left wheel, behind a headlight (address to an accompanying illustration).

2. Disconnect a socket of electroconducting from the gauge, then turn away fixing nuts and get the gauge.
3. Make installation in return sequence.
Replacement of the microswitch of the fuel pump (the automatic switch recycling the fulfilled gases) - engines F8Q
4. Removal and switch installation are obvious, but pay attention that in summary the switch is necessary for adjusting. For this purpose address on HUNDRED Renault. Details address to the Head an engine Electric equipment.
