MODELS WITH THE PETROL ENGINE OF 1.4 AND 1.6 L

1. Merge a liquid from cooling system.
2. Remove gear приводной a belt (the Head engine Repair see).
3. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove assemblage of the pump from the engine. Remember an arrangement of adjusting pins of the pump and remove them if they are badly fixed. |

1a. Clear and dry contact surfaces of the pump and the block of cylinders. |

1b. Then put on a sealing surface of the pump a hermetic layer (Renault recommends use Lostite 518) thickness 0.6 - 1.0 mm (address to an accompanying illustration). |
2. Be convinced that adjusting pins are placed everyone on a former place, then deduce the pump into position. Establish bolts of the pump and tighten them reliably.
