Removal, survey and installation выжимного the bearing

REMOVAL

1 to get access to the bearing, remove from an impellent compartment the power unit, move it on a workbench and separate transmission from the engine as it is described in the Head engine Repair. 2. Reject a plug of deenergizing of coupling and remove assemblage of the bearing from the directing plug (address to an accompanying illustration). 3. Push a plug inside картера couplings to separate it from шарнирной hairpins. If it is necessary, remove rubber protective covers from an aperture картера couplings and with шарнирной hairpins.

SURVEY

1. Examine выжимной the mechanism and replace all worn out and damaged components. Carefully check up all working and contact surfaces. 2. Be convinced that the bearing rotates exactly and easily, without noise and pushes, and that its working surface smooth and equal, without cracks, dot corrosion and the worked places. If there was any doubt concerning a bearing condition, replace it.

INSTALLATION

1. Before installation, put молибденовую greasing (Renault recommends Molykote BR2) for contact surfaces выжимного the bearing, a plug of deenergizing of coupling, шарнирной a hairpin and the directing plug (address to an accompanying illustration). Do not apply too much greasing as its surplus can get on overlays of a frictional disk. 2. Establish rubber covers in an aperture картера couplings and in a flute on a hairpin, then spread on a hairpin выжимную a plug. 3. Establish bearing assemblage on directing plug, combining the ends of a plug of deenergizing of coupling with ledges on the bearing. 4. Establish transmission on the engine. Check up action выжимного the mechanism, then establish the power unit in an impellent compartment (address to the Head engine Repair).
